Hi, I’m Maya — your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I specialize in women’s health, PCOS and gut health because I’ve been through it myself, and I know how hard it feels when your body seems to work against you.
For years, I struggled with stubborn bloating, constipation, acne, and fatigue — all fueled by PCOS and gut imbalances. After years of trial and error, I finally cracked the code.
Now, I help women heal their hormones and restore their gut health so they can beat the daily bloat, reset digestion, and finally feel light, energized, and confident in their bodies again.

I understand the desire for quick fixes and clear instructions—but true, lasting wellness isn’t about being told what to do. Instead, my approach is to guide you toward building a deep, intuitive connection with your body, so you can truly listen and respond to its needs.
We all hear the phrase, “listen to your body,” but most of us don’t know how to begin. That’s where I come in. As your guide, I’ll help you tune in, step by step, so together we can discover what your unique body is asking for.
As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and 200Hr Yoga Teacher, I offer expertise in a wide range of health and wellness practices.
